Fell off the ferris wheel these last two days as we renegotiate family plans that bled right up into leaving for work. The upside being that today's run felt fantastic. Grist enough to keep going. And yes, that was a pile of metaphors.

Note

An unrestrained last two to three weeks of eating with Hannah and nutty food combos like pizza [bread], hamburgers [bread] and all kinds of other random treats [pretty much bread] has left my skin a wreck. It's like 2010 around here. Good thing it's not cold. I would feel terrible.

But I think that we are on the tail end of it. At least I am, I can't take much more of these diversions. I gotta get my skin back in line. As it is, I can feel it, even here, typing this. That's nowhere that I want to be.
