Took the ten or so minutes necessary to add numbers into AP. Funny that I still go about the business of recording what I have ridden despite no particular focus or real care for results. It's all just commute.
What I *can* see from looking at this record is how far from baseline I have gone. H and I had a long heart to heart where she [again] iterated [so I guess reiterated] her concerns for my lack of focus on my general health and well-being. She's perfectly right, of course. Noting yesterday that I have lost weight. I almost certainly have.
Purely physical conditioning aside, what I haven't done one minute of, not even anything like a commute, is a meditation. You can't see it on my frame like you can weight loss but I can feel the loss of balance.
I hope to remedy both.
