Modified. I left the weights [bricks lashed together with handkerchiefs - yeah, Hannah] and was weirdly too lazy to go get them so I settled on the weight free modified workout. Surprised that after two weeks off it wasn't ugly hard. Thank God.

Also just realized that in two months it's all fahrenheit and miles. Whoa.
