First day on the Paleo diet and promptly bought a coca-cola after lunch. So, yeah, release the hounds.
At any rate, Hannah's been doing a lot of reading about it's many benefits [including auto-immune] and so it's worth a shot. She is getting immediate and dramatic benefits.
Besides, in the long list of dietary changes, I can push coffee to the back of the pile. With so many other changes, I'm not at all worried about it. It's pretty clear that I have been deeply hesitating limiting its consumption this time around.
1. coffee 1500 ml
2. 2 bowls of white rice [~4 cups]
3. a few peanuts [and chili peppers] in lunch
4. coke 600ml
5. 1 cup popcorn in peanut oil
6.. some kind of honey glaze on pre-prepared chicken legs
