Short run, stopped twice and sore in shins bilaterally. Cranked it up in the last 100 yards or so.
Hannah mentioned to me when I got home that I am actually looking worse, thinner and a little slouchier. Her contention being that I am putting too many of my efforts in running and that I need to mix up my workouts. Specifically more weight training.
