Clearing yesterday and even better today. The smog of the last few days has lifted and I can see past the block.

My skin has been steady better in the last couple of weeks. Wondering if the 500 IU of Vitamin D in the magnesium has something to do with it. I've known [every psoriatic does] for some time that vitamin D eases the inflammation. Plus I've been pretty consistent with taking pro-biotics lately. Somethingis up though, because my skin is remarkably better.

The meditation likely contributes, too.

Slow to get there but feeling at ease by the end. I waited too long today to practice and have some underlying feelings that I am in a rush.
