Strength Training 40:00 [3]
Oh what a difference there is between a gym and a 'gym'. H and I scrapped together some kind of vaguely irritating workout [frankly, I brought the irritated] in the downstairs apartment 'gym'.
Front Squat: [5x 40kg] 5x
OH Squat: [5x 30kg] 5x
DeadLift: [8x 42kg] 3x
The most they have is 42kg so we do with it what we can. I'm a little sore in my lower back today, due likely to the nonfantasitc gymnastics required to get the bar [both for H and myself] to a lifting height.
Met Con: 3x: 10 plyo-lunges / 15 count Forearm Plank / 25 Pushups [10 toes & 15 fast on knees]
