The sprint went very well, but the speed was lacking as I haven't been training lately. The achilles tendon was alright, but it afterwards it was aching a slight bit.

After a long break to the Tuesday training. It was nice to do something. I ran to the train and to training as I was in a hurry. Achilles tendon felt good, but after the training I noticed that everything is not yet fine, but I'm looking optimistic to the future.
Afterwards the 10 min stretching felt very good.

Good news no crack in the achilles tendon, but an infection. Two weeks rest and need to eat pills.

Tryed to without a compass as my own has a huge bubble inside, but I need one for nigth orienteering as the results show. Two huge mistakes would have easily been avoided with a compass.
Achilles tendon from my left leg is a bit sore. I'm assuming that there is a micro tear as it started suddenly aching during training on Sunday. I'll try to rest a week. Let's see, if it gets better.
