DD-Sprintserie: The orienteering went well. Keeping the speed high was very difficult, but it is so, if one isn't in shape. It was a big advantage that I had controlled the map.

I didn't even take a watch with as it really doesn't matter, if one isn't training, but running for fitness. Still I enjoy running a lot, but it is counterproductive, if the Achilles tendon is sore afterwards.
