I was really motivated and had planned to do a solid race. It began well and to the tenth control I saw Osti. He had started 4 min ahead. Passed him to the 12th and tried to loose him, but the slight overspeed caused some small 5s mistakes and Osti could follow me. On the 19th I gave up on trying to loose him and took some breath. From there on I continued doing my own job.
A very good race were all the single mistakes were smaller than 20s.

Running felt good, but 400m has always been the most difficult distance for me. The gap compared to the others is huge.
