Note
(rest day)

I had stopped taking pills against allergy. It was a bad mistake. The whole day was terrible as I was blowing nose and sneezing all the time.

Orienteering (Sprint) 17:44 [4] 2.6 km (6:49 / km)
ahr:156 max:171 shoes: Salomon

I felt like was in a slow motion mode, running and thoughts. When my condition curve is in a deep slope, running requires too much and orienteering suffers a lot. I thought Thoto would pass me and was looking behind me, but he had made some mistakes and finished just after me, but 1:44 faster.
I stopped my watch too carelessly and it didn't stop correctly, therefore the average heart rate is an estimate. Heart rate was over 165 only one minute.

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2]

Running warm up/down 40:00 [2]
ahr:140 shoes: Asics

Running intervals 19:02 [4] 5.0 km (3:48 / km)
ahr:160 max:177 shoes: Asics

13x200+1x400+2x1000m recoveries 1:15-1:20
Running on the track felt like running in swamp. The ground contact was so long. I just couldn't get my feet up. I wasn't at all recovered from the weekend. I will do more running on track to improve my running technique.
