Technique training with different themes. I couldn't follow the corridor at all and ran 300m of the corridor and after that I started searching the control from the corridor's white border. Otherwise the training went well. My legs were a bit tired from yesterday, but it should be so.
1'+2'+90''+2'+4'+15''+15''+30''+5'+5x15'' with recoveries that were about 1,5 times the interval, after the short intervals 1-2' recovery I had decided already before the training to push hard. I felt throughout the training extremely good.
