Orienteering 15:16 [4] 2.6 km (5:52 / km)
ahr:163 max:175 shoes: INOV X-Talon 212

The last sprint of the Dresden sprint series.
Bit confused of the root on the second control, though the control was a end of a ditch, therefore I hadn't planned ahead for the third and read the map too carelessly. On the other side of the tunnel noticed that the line was a fence not a road :(. Then it went well until I saw Sophie on the way to 16 and got a bit distracted. A bit hesitation, but found the 16 well. Then to the two next controls with full speed to the wrong direction.

Running race 10:46 [5] 3.0 km (3:35 / km)
ahr:178 max:186 shoes: Asics

A new record!
I kept on following Andrei the first two kilometers. He held a steady good pace and managed to keep it up until the end.
Running technique was better than it has been. Still banging feet too hard on the ground, but I'm slowly finding a more smoother running style.

A relay near Leipzig. Roland was my team mate and ran very good his two legs. My first one was good, second ok and third barely ok. In overall we landed on the second place behind Jonas and KUK. Thoto and Markus were not that far behind and in the last exchange the gap was only 30 seconds. I was quite sure that I would have a big gap to the followers as it was about 6 minutes before Rolands last leg, but Markus did very well and almost catched Roland. On the way to the first control just to be sure I looked back and saw Thoto. I had already looked at the map and reliazed that the course was going to difficult only a mixture of green and open area controls, so I didn't want to give the possibility that Thoto would catch me and started running faster. The couple first controls I found with luck and a bit of hesitation. Then I slowed down, but still I did many mistakes on the last part of the route.
