I needed to help at the start and had no time for warm up. Totally unconcentraded and did small mistakes on the first three controls. After the seventh control 90'' mistakes. The rest of route went very well and only bigger mistake was to the 75 as I read the elevations wrong.

I didn't want to run to times long distance on consequential days therefore I was registered for the middle track. At the start decided to run the long one as it was only 1,1 km longer and with more competition. I took the start very easy, but still didn't run optimally to the first control. To the second control noticed that I can hold good pace. Passed many others. As closing to the control I let Patricia to go in front to see how well she can read the map. She did it very well on the paths. Then in front until the half way to finish where I ran a bit too much to the right on the field. Thoto used the possibility and took the lead. At the hill he was running too fast for me.
I'm still surprised how fast one can run after one year doing nothing.
