SM-Staffel: My goal was to try to simulate D-Cup and do an controlled run. The beginning went well and at the ninth control I was roughly half a minute behind Wieland (at the end 6 min). As getting more tired, it was harder to keep ahead with the orienteering. Therefore at the end I was losing plenty of time as I wasn't able to run full speed or when I did, I wasn't running optimally towards the controls.
All in all a very disappointing run and not at the needed level for D-Cup. We won the elite, but we were also the only team at start.
