Italian middle championship at Alonte, 4 position
great race, more technical then yesterday. I kept a too hight rithm undestimating some easy points that became seriuos mistakes: it was better to slower down and control the map twice.. It will be a lesson for the future.
However I was surprised by the two young guys that did a race without big mistakes.

Easy and fast race , I kept a good rithm in the central part of the race. I was disappointed in the lasts points because I deconcentrate due to the thought of being close to Luca..

Cognola Sprint. Although I had some trainings in this map I lost almost 2x30sec in Parco delle Laste. The urban part was ok.

Gocciadoro Sprint.
I think I had a good rithm despite too many steps... However it was good for the unhook ability.
