over eleven miles, more climb than thursday and mostly on trods, tough, but not too much trouble, perfect conditions, cool, still, and sunny

Oker Loop (v short)
intended to do 5km at tempo on the new cycle path, but they haven't actually finished it yet, so it turned into a fartlek run, with easier/steady sections across the fields and through the gates, still managed under 4.5 pkm

not quite ten miles, similar route to August but felt much much better, followed the trods between the stoops back down to Barbrook, that was fun

damp and half dark, slippy too through Bow wood, struggled a bit approaching the hour mark, but not too bad
