Big Bumper Piece, Fallinge Edge, Hob Hurst, Harewood Moor
quite rough going today, 2km on the road but much more on rough trails/trods, the bracken on Fallinge was slow going (5mins for 500m downhill), otherwise nice and steady

went out hard again and cut through the wood where I could, just for the fun of it, no misses - it was my map

Stanton Spirals
got the chance of a lunchtime run in the sunshine, took it, did a tempo run instead of the planned intervals in the park, bang on pace, had to grit my teeth a bit
