easy run from Bakewell to Hassop for start of park run, niggle showed up but then eased off

Bakewell Park Run
very fast course, a bunch of decent runners, a new pb, first km felt pretty easy and was fast, second was slower, last two must have been pretty quick, didn't put in a sprint finish

Parkrun official time has been corrected to 18.45

jog back to Bakewell, including pause to stretch hamstring after it had tightened up

ran hard to beat the boy (Jake), flags were difficult to spot in places and took a stupid short cut through some grot and almost did myself an injury, beat the boy by 35secs

felt lethargic and stiff (from strength training?), had to drag myself around the course so surprised to take the win, okay, I had home advantage and a late start, but it wasn't as tricky as it might have been, vague vegetation mapping was an issue

1st, 3mins ahead of Ant Squire
