beautiful evening, good effort up to top at the start, never easy - until I sank a gel at 45min mark (this could be habit-forming), very dry out there

good run out, plenty of route choice, steady to fast, probably not quite fast enough, wasn't aware Kim B was chasing me down (forgot she was in the box behind me at the start) and would've been in a race with her at the end had she not chosen a poor route over the canal
