big loop west of Stanton-in-the-Peak, pushed a little on the hills so had five mins of waiting around, comfortable

YHOA Superleague, Ramsley Moor, Black
paced myself for a slightly longer race, laboured a bit through the tussocks third time across (45min mark), fell over 4 or 5 time overall, but a clean steady run, just a long pause to check position when aiming off at #1 (unnecessary really), favoured straight routes to attack points

9th, 14mins behind Alistair Thornton, 4 behind Ant Squire, but ahead of Quentin (a scalp!)

The Edges (super-extended plus)
skirted the north edge of Big Moor to join up with the Barbrook route, took this a bit steadier than last time out, felt a bit chesty again (later) and arch of left foot got stiff around the halfway mark, but this eased off

blast up the cycle path, tempo, but pace slowed a little coming back, feeling a bit 'chesty'
