BNOC Hambleden
rough night on Friday and would rather have curled up in bed than drive 2.5 hours south, felt fine by the time I got there, but almost a wasted journey when headlamp got knocked out on way to #2, loose cable problem, my spare was only half-charged and I relatively weak, the main lamp started to work again coming out of the control but pfaff lost me around 2mins in total, fortunately it didn't cost a place, running quite well through the last third

2nd (M50), 7mins behind Duncan, 10mins behind Megan and the M18s

Iyengar yoga, standing posture - who'd have thought standing and stretching your arms above your head could be so difficult/strenuous? (anyone who's done some Iyengar yoga, I guess)

running 1:20:20 [3] 13.37 km (6:01 / km) +268m 5:28 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Claw 275

Darley Churchtown, Rowsley, Stanton Moor, Clough Wood
standard loop anti-clockwise from Darley Bridge but using the cycle path to avoid waterlogged fields, faster than usual as a result
