again not able to reach full speed, muscles willing but tight chest, should've been running closer to 6 p/km, slight overshoot at tricky #14 mainly due to erring on high side to avoid lads digging holes, feature smaller than expected

felt okay after yesterday's run but woke in the early hours with 'gut rot' as we used to call it and felt rubbish all day, mild fever and aching muscles
