ran out of steam after 40mins or so, some mistakes thereafter and some poor decisions, could have done without the drag across the felled area but I guess they had to get us around the OOB somehow

tidy run, new glasses (with cutouts) worked very well, disciplined orienteering, time losses were hesitations, only place map didn't fit my 'picture' was #12 where I felt there were more rocky outcrops than shown

big loop before a set of short hill intervals—6 x 90m (15m ascent), 30sec effforts with about 90secs jog/rest—then an easy 2km
