Recovery Programme #2: 2.5mins running, 2.5mins walking: duration 30mins

most of the running was uncomfortable, uneven gait if not quite hobbling, not getting the transmission of energy through the leg, almost gave up after 20, but didn't and wasgoing okay at the end, easier when running a bit harder (?)
