British Night Champs, Moors Valley Country Park
feeling quite sleepy, but that didn't change plan to go hard and see how long I could sustain it: good until #10, lost a bit of control from #11 thru to #13, but finished well

ahr:138 max:159 rhr:42 shoes: Hoka Torrent 2

High Tor
easy to High Tor for first hill intervals in a long while, didn't feel great on the way and laboured to the start point, managed only 4 intervals, but didn't want to overdo it with Saturdays' race in mind:

4 x 200m (~20m ascent), off 90 secs jog/rest

Aiming to do a set of 12 so some way to go

Wednesday Feb 15, 2023 #

Brassington, Havenhill, Bradbourne
steady but with some poor nav from Chris, bridge of the Brad was closed/crushed due to a fallen tree, didn't have any option but to cross it anyway, pushed on at the end
