Much better navigating than last weekend. Though following for 2/3rds of the controls certainly helped. I did make some good decisions on the other 1/3rd.

I should have skipped this run. I did not feel well. The full stomach may have been part of the problem, but I think I was just too tired. Knee felt a bit weird too. I don't think I'll be doing much running until I'm used to the longer bike commute. I'm beginning to doubt that I'll cycle through the winter, so I guess I can get back to a little more running then.

Stretched my right leg after the run. Right knee felt a bit weird during the run. I need to get back to my stretching.

Tried taping my ankle using photos and instructions from the web. Way too tight. Foot hurt after 10 minutes. I did seem locked in, though. I'm not sure if it will be effective in the woods. I really only need support when running in areas with rough footing.

Dropped Laura off at the UTM library and went to Bronte. Rolled my right ankle early on, and then a second time after an hour. The second time really hurt. I think I may need to try taping my ankle for the next little while until my ankle heals.

Commute. Surprisingly light traffic both in the morning and afternoon. I had a strong tailwind on the way home and went 5 minutes faster than the morning ride.

Test ride of my commute. Started at 1 pm, so there was no traffic. Also, I seemed to hit most of the lights on green. In heavy traffic I think this could easily take over an hour each way.
