A really tough workout with some of the LOST members at the Oakville Y. I avoid using the car for accessing sports and exercise for myself, but this is a really good group to swim with. I'm definitely one of the weaker swimmers. I missed the pace time on a couple of reps in the final set. In 40 minutes, we do more than I usually do in an hour with the Burlington Y Masters, but we swam a lot more than 40 mins.
