Circuits in the park with John. We did this last week and I was sore 4 days later - very out of shape these days. We'll see how I feel this week. I need to do more to hold onto some more swimming strength.

Biked to the track with the boys. I ran and they played around. Quite a pleasant evening. Perfect weather. sunny and cool. 4x400m with 400m rest after each, and 2x200m with 200 m rest.
