I've been struggling over the last 2 weeks to keep up my running. Mid-week I've felt quite fatigued, and I've been fighting a mild cold. I'm starting to get hamstring pains in my right leg too. They don't seem too bad yet, but it has been a real bother for me intermittently over the last 2-3 years. It is a good reminder to get back into my strength routine from last winter. I don't like to whinge on AP, but I suppose it is nice to have a record of the down times too.
