Trilliums are starting to pop. Beautiful morning. Ended at the ARK mud run. Impressive organization and number of runners, ~500.
The next month or so is going to be a challenge. Lots of travel to NJ. I found a masters club to swim with down there. But I feel another cold starting. Too much travel, too little sleep.
