| I ran moderately hard through the ravines where the wet snow gave good traction, but I was rather slow on the slick roads and sidewalks. I added a quick loop at the Don Brick Works. Route
Slight pain under my right knee cap. To be cautious I iced afterwards. |

| The tension knob was messed up on the spin bike. It really only had two settings: too easy and too hard. My right knee felt a little weird after the sprints, and I blame the spinning bike. |
