| I suppose it is time to turn on the injured flag. I saw the PT today. The tendon is too inflamed to start strength exercises, and I've been instructed to stop running and ice frequently. |

| I don't have a proper replacement for my commuter bike, yet. I've borrowed my brother's canadian tire 'mtb'. I really miss my bike. Who snaps a downtube commuting on a city street? |

| I had planned on running home, but my ankle was too painful to run the whole way home. I expected it to feel good since I didn't run at all over the weekend, but I had to walk the last km. On Thursday, the MD had me try some strength exercises that I think may have aggravated things. It's ironic that this little injury is worse after the appointment with the doctor. |
