My first proper swim this year in Lake Ontario. It was slow and cold. I shivered the whole bike ride home, and it must have been over 30 C today. A great start to the season.

I had a very brief swim in lake ontario. Maybe 30 meters at most. It was cold. I've read a little bit about cold water swimming. Apparently you need to train yourself to suppress your reflex to gasp. I now understand the gasp reflex.
