Nearly skipped tonight, but the Lake O swim season must be ending soon. The days are definitely getting shorter. The water and air was quite warm tonight. I could have swam a bit more, but I'm pretty wiped.

On the road for work. Worked until 9 pm, and somehow found the will power to head out for my lunges and squats routine. I found a schoolyard to do it. After my first set, I found myself about 3 m from a groundhog that didn't notice me. I gave it quite a scare. They must have worse vision than I have.
