Quick swim with Paul. I feel like a toddler swimming with him. He is so much stronger and his technique is far superior to mine. The water was cold, but not Lake Ontario cold. I had mild hypothermia afterwards. Lots of shivering, hard to speak. I (maybe strangely) enjoy that feeling, especially if you are warming up in >30 C sunny weather. Not so fun when the air temperature is frigid also.
