Fell running downhill on some single track. Broke my index finger on my dominant hand. Chip fracture. Have a splint for now. \they considered a cast but decided to leave it. supposed to see a specialist on monday. hopefully everything is ok. i'm avoiding all activity until then. i do not want to interupt the healing. ....sigh
