Swam with LOST in Oakville. This was my first proper swim in Lake O this year without a wetsuit. I think the temperature was around 12 C. It was fun, but I am not built for the cold water. You can get used to the temperature, but you don't realize how the cold is affecting you until you get out. It is a rocky and slippery beach, and I struggled a little just to get out of the water. I sat on the rocky beach shivering for at least 30 minutes before I'd warmed enough to get up. No question that I am rookie.

The water was relatively warm, and the waves were great fun. I should have woke up earlier and swam longer.

Ran the ARKfest with John and Paul this morning. A very fun event. I think John is ready for ARK. He had a blast.
