Swimming 50:00 [2]

I don't think my toe is broken. Still sore but getting better and swelling is improving. When I broke my finger, it was very swollen and very painful for the first couple of weeks. I think it is a soft tissue strain or tear. Flutter kick hurts a little bit, but strangely whip kick was ok, so I'm pulling or doing breaststroke.

In Short HIlls. Beautiful day out. Unfortunately had an awkward fall on some ice, and landed with my foot under me. I bent my left small toe. It is swollen, purple and painful now. Running is out of the question at the moment. Walking is tender but ok. Running would be pretty stupid at the moment. I'm staying optimistic, but I suspect I won't be running for a while.
