Trail fix relay with Laura, Kristen and Tim with the kids in tow. A lot more fun than I expected. An excellent team, and it was fun having the kids around. The race was very well organized. I haven't been running much in the last several months, and I wasn't too confident in my ability to hold out all day, but it went really well. I probably could have pushed hard in the earlier stages. We were expecting a more rugged trail, so it was not as punishing as it could have been.
