The Long...again great day out in the woods. I made some good errors, but not too shabby out there. I walked the controls in the green (20,21,22?) and hit them ok. I would have liked to see some of the ottawa guys running through that section. How fast can they navigate through that?

Middle distance at the Ontario Champs. I made a couple of big errors, but overall I'm happy. It was a very fun area, the weather held out, and I kept my focus. Given my preparations, this is as good as I should expect. It was a real treat to participate in such a high quality race so close to home. Thanks to the organizers. I started my watch a bit late, so I didn't capture the whole race.

Humbling day for me. First time at out o'ing in ages, and this was really difficult. Lots of mistakes. Then in the evening I joined the master's for the first time since April, and I am way out of swimming shape. Plenty of work to do...
