Cut this one short. I think I'm fighting a cold or something. No big symptoms, but feeling really run down and heart rate felt unreasonably high for the effort. I think I need a break.

Lake turned over and it was cold, as it always seems to do around Canada Day. Once I started, I figured I'd shoot for 15 mins, but I settled in and decided to go longer. It is very hard to tell how cold I'm getting while swimming, but within minutes of getting out my teeth were chattering and I was struggling to unlock my bicycle. I'm not built for cold water, but it is fun.
