Another section of the Bruce Trail, thought Limehouse. There was deep, broken snow in some sections, and we traveled a lot slower than usual. We found the trail to be harder to follow--given the snow--and we had to back track a few times. With Mick and Paul K.

I accidently brushed against a young girl while doing laps. She screamed and I was worried that the police were coming to arrest me for illegitimate touching or whatever crime that is. Vertigo.

Climbed Mount McRae in the Nor'Westers. It was scenic. I would like to explore this area more.

Back and shoulders. Also did some jump rope. Good times.

Treadmill. Gradually increased speed. Stopped part way through to stretch.

Some easy quads and hammies and then a lower back extension exercise.

Most of this cycling on the upright was easy.

My chest and back felt a little tired during this. I felt a little slow, but I felt like my stroke was good, particularly the synergy between my arm movement and my leg movement.

When I travel, I usually end up getting tired, and spend a few days catching up on sleep. Add in a concert on Wednesday, and I spent the rest of the week going to sleep ~7pm.

Skating on the pond, until some teenagers came over and kicked me off. The wind off the lake made it crazy cold--I lost use of my fingers while tying up my laces.

Started this run off very easy, and built speed up to 9mph by the end.
