Hmm....more ellip. I've been focusing more on heart rate.

Same old: 20 minutes on the re and 20 on the upright. Hill intervals. I find the warm-ups on these bikes are too long, especially if one if already warmed up. Perhaps I should start either doing 40 minutes on one bike (and alternate days) or I should use utilize the manual levels more.

Chest and Biceps. Bi's were toasted (not sure from what) but the chest felt good. I wonder what Smitty will say?

Also: I think that I will try recording my weight/rep/set values in using this utility.

Did some urban cycling with Mike as part of the weekly Extreme Thursdays Adventure Activity Series (ETAAS), sponsored by M.E.C. and Duke's Cycles. Took it pretty easy over-all...I'm sick and trying to rest my knee.

I hear next week's ETAAS is in Adirondack Park in New York. I'll try to go to that if I can.

Urban hike in Earl Bales. Checked out the snow field there--still pretty deep, despite the warm weather there. There are some steep hills there--it could be fun to combine them to make a worthwhile run.

Paddled the pond near my parents' house. A few times around the pond, and 600m total portaging.

Back workout. Felt strong...first time back to the gym in a little while. Also did some leg lift ab work: 20extended/20bent/break/15extended/15bent/break/15extended/15bent
