Cycling 1:05:00 [4]

In Gatineau Park. Delicieux. A goodly amount of hills.

Cycling 2:02:00 [3]
shoes: Cannondale Bike

A nice ride around the capital region. Must. Move. To. Ottawa.

Running 35:00 [2]
shoes: Saucony Omni 4

Late night run around downtown Ottawa. Don't need much motivation when there is so much to see. The time listed here doesn't include the small amount of time I spent looking at statues at Supreme Court of Canada.

Stretching 5:00 [1]

5.

Stairs 40:00 [3]

2*20.

Cycling warm up/down 10:00 [1]

cool down in between the sets of stairs.

Swimming 30:00 [2]

The first part of this swim focused on technique, in particular rotating my shoulders correctly. I find this very frustrating. The second half of the swim was just a crawl, which was quite fun.

In other news, my swim trunks disintegrated today. Chlorine or shorts-karma?

Running 38:00 [2] 5.0 km (7:36 / km)
shoes: Saucony Omni 4

Jog around Alliston.

Hiking 3:20:00 [3] 20.1 km (9:57 / km)
shoes: Garmont trail hikers

In the very nice Hockley Valley area. Took in three blue trails that connected with the main trail. I tried to hike quickly, but there is a lot of steep hills in this area. The weather was Xcellent up there.

Cycling 20:00 [1]

10-10. Left thigh still feels tight. Don't know what to do about that. I think it is related to my ongoing ITB issues.

Cycling 1:11:00 [3]
shoes: Cannondale Bike

A ride out along Bloor Street to the end, as the sun was setting. Nice.

I'm a little tired now.
