Hike in Cape Croker IR to explore some caves and bouldery talus part way up the escarpment. It was a neat area that I didn't know about.

Day 1 of Lions Head Loop. Un. Believable. Beautiful. Highlights of the weekend: countless stunning views, a number of fascinating geological oddities, and rock climbers on the escarpment face.

We parked on the edge of Lions Head and camped at a nice, scenic area called McKay's Harbour.

Tennis tires me a surprising amount. The explosive nature of this activity is different from most of the other exercise I do, which is mostly low intensity. Fun. With LJ.

Cycled from Kipling over to somewhere along Queen's Quay. Lots of people were out, and crowding the path. It was getting pretty dark by the time I got back to the car.

The amount of stretching I am doing appears to be nearing the amount of running I am doing. It doesn't seem to help, though.

Hmmm...windy day. Biked through Oshawa. Downtown was particularly rewarding today.

61 minutes of breast, followed by 2 minute break, followed by 15 minutes of crawl. Swimming after an hour is really weird...although I didn't feel very tired, I found it difficult to keep good technique. The last 15 minutes were at level 4 intensity.
