Swimming 55:00 [4]
OK, so after swimming with Mick at Cape Croker, I recognized that I need to work on the speed of my breast stroke. I did a bunch of lengths at the faster speed I could, WHILE still maintaining reasonable technique. I did that for about 30 minutes.
After that, I did some crawl lenghts, and worked on breathing on my right side, which is something I never do. I can't do it properly, and end up sinking/drinking water. I tried using various float devices to assist in this. This was hard and tiring and still needs more work. By the end, my left shoulder felt impinged and my right ankle tendons felt a moderately sore.

Not too tiring tennis with the boys from work. The courts were crowded. We could have played longer.
