10-5. I feel that flexibility is good right now. I hav e been getting good amounts of sleep lately--these things may be related.

Run to and from the Conant-Valley Drive steps.

Running hills 40:00 [3] 1.6 km (25:00 / km) +800m 7:09 / km

Ran 40x up and down a metal stair case outside, near my house. Funny, these steps aren't as long as I remember from when I was a kid. Estimates at distances/height of steps.

Easy warm up swimming, mostly breast.

Higher intensity front crawl. Good times, but the chlorine in the pool is irritating the skin in my nose and neck.

Bunch of recumbent cycling.

Followed the easy cycling with declining intervals.

I didn't have time last night to do exercise, but I managed to set my alarm for 4:00am and go for a run. It was a perfect run...warm, no wind, peaceful. This was the most fun run in a long time.

I went to sleep around 7pm last night, and woke up around 4am, so I went for an early morning jog before work. Fantastic! A perfect jog...this is the pinnacle of enjoyable running.

About 5 minutes of warm-up, followed by 15 minutes of crawl at at good pace. Excellent!

After swimming, I did a 5 minute jog on the tread mill to warm up, and then stopped to stretch.

Declining intervals. This was fun. I need to do more stuff like this.
