Stretching 15:00 [1]

Did some careful stretching today. I feel ok, but there is a weird tightness in my outer thighs when I am in a squatting postion. 10-5.

Running 45:00 [2] 6.96 km (6:28 / km)
shoes: Saucony Omni 4

Tentative running, but I felt good.

I went to the Running Room to buy some new shoes. They did not have my size in stock. In all of Ontario, there exists only 5 pairs of Omni 5 in size 12. Of what possible advantage can it be to work on such razor-thin stock margins? Also, the staff were not capable of recommending a similar shoe. From a business perspective, I like the way that they appear to be be exploiting the aging demographic through marketing and retail network expansion. I think that their execution leaves much to be desired, however.
