Just the 25m pool today. Two elite (very fast) swimmers were in the medium lane today, which was annoying, but also awesome to look at.

Out of shape. Such an eyeopener to compare one's time to the real athletes.

Centennial hill. No skiing today. Knee felt ok, but was a liitle sore in the evening.

Technique. Focus on arm movements, right side breathing, sighting, some sprints.

I went for a massage on Monday, and my ITB feels much better. I haven't tried to run on it yet though.

I was planning to go for much longer, but developed severe ITB pain. I had to take the TTC back. It was colder, -5, and wind chilly. Stretching did not seem to solve things at all.
